We absolutely love our Kimmell Builders built custom home! A contractor referred us to Brad during our home builder interview process and we are so lucky that he did. It was a first time build for us and we knew we would be handling almost 100% of the build remotely. Brad and Barbara were great with communication, sending us pictures throughout the build, ensuring every detail was addressed and were always accessible. The suggestions made were spot on, prompting us with the right questions and helping us to make the decisions that fit us best. We were able to meet and get to know his subcontractors during our few visits and all are extremely talented and work well together. Small changes or adjustments on the fly were handled easily. When it came to the finish work on the inside and outside they always had good suggestions to make everything just right. We are thrilled with our electric bills this summer! We wanted to share this with you for your custom home building business. Our May electric bill was $106, June was $134! The hottest July on record and our bill is low. The whole package – windows, a/c unit, energy star appliances really saves money.

After working with an architect for two years, it was finally time to find a contractor to build our dream home we had been planning for years. We had spoken with a couple of builders but nothing had “clicked” with us. A friend of ours recommended Brad and what a stroke of luck that was. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brad in building our new 3500 square foot home and remodeling the existing 1800 square foot house we used to live in. He has been working with the same subcontractors for many years and each one can almost anticipate the others work needs. Their workmanship has been exceptional.
